The problem
“Launch” is used as a synonym for “the AI finished.” That hides hosting, legal, payments, and talking to customers.
What each step is for
Idea and plan produce a blueprint. Project stores memory. Build produces artifacts (brand, site, marketing). Review is you deleting invented proof. Export is files. Launch is you putting those files on a host and telling humans. Vekra does not press a publish-to-production button for your domain.
Studios stay attached
Existing studios remain. The journey is how they wrap into one business project instead of a gadget catalog. If a studio output cannot point back to the brief, treat it as a draft to discard.
A launch you can defend
A defensible launch is a hosted page with a real contact path and claims you can honor this week. It is not a deck metric. If you need the weekly sequence, use the startups landing.
