Refund Policy

If payment is not verified, credits and paid plans are not granted. A failed checkout is not a charge.

Unused monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period unless the unused-credit configuration is changed. The server ledger is the balance.

Credits already used for AI jobs, artifacts, or other metered work are generally not refunded.

Refunds for a verified paid subscription or credit pack are reviewed case by case. Open Contact → Support or a Help Center ticket with your order reference. We do not claim an automatic cooling-off period in every country.

Catalog prices are listed in USD. Checkout currency follows configured payment settings. We do not auto-convert currencies and we do not auto-calculate VAT or sales tax.

The product UI is English-first with full Arabic (RTL). Reaching the website is not a promise that paid checkout, tax invoicing, or local consumer-law rights apply in every country. Payment rails are limited to what is configured (typically USD via Lahza, bank transfer, or PayPal.me).
