Privacy Policy

This notice describes how the Vekra product handles information when you create an account, use the workspace, run AI jobs, or contact us.

We store account details you provide (such as name, email, and authentication credentials needed to sign in) to operate your workspace and plans.

Project briefs, memory items, artifacts, and job inputs/outputs are processed to deliver the product. Observability prefers metadata (job, provider, model, latency, credits, success/failure) over storing full sensitive prompts when unnecessary.

We keep a server-side ledger of credit and usage events for metering, entitlements, and auditability. Payment providers process card data according to their own policies; Vekra does not store full payment card numbers in application logs.

Messages you send through the contact form (name, email, subject, message) are stored so we can respond for sales, support, enterprise, or partnerships.

We may store locale preference, an optional timezone preference (vekra_tz), and session-related cookies or tokens required for authentication and admin access. Analytics cookies wait for consent.

You can request account or contact-data questions via the Contact page (Support). This notice is not a claim that Vekra holds a formal GDPR certification.

The product UI is English-first with full Arabic (RTL). Reaching the website is not a promise that paid checkout, tax invoicing, or local consumer-law rights apply in every country. Payment rails are limited to what is configured (typically USD via Lahza, bank transfer, or PayPal.me).
