When something fails, use the recovery steps below or contact Support. This page is not a monitored worldwide SLA.
Status feed unpublished
No live status feed is published. An operator flag has not been set. Do not treat this page as a published uptime percentage.
Product support languages are English and Arabic. Use Contact → Support or a Help Center ticket. There is no published response-time SLA and no 24/7 phone or live chat.
If you see an error
Messages stay in English and Arabic. They never include stack traces or secrets. Contact Support if the same error keeps happening.
AI provider unavailable
The AI service did not complete this request. Wait a moment, then retry. Your credits are only charged for successful jobs.
