Terms of Service

Terms for using Vekra: accounts, acceptable use, AI outputs, credits, and limitations. Paid checkout is not guaranteed in every country.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using Vekra, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

The service

Vekra provides an AI-powered business execution workspace: planning, building, review, and related paths in one project. Features evolve; we may change capabilities with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the platform: no unauthorized access, malware, attempts to bypass metering or auth, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.

AI outputs

AI-generated plans, copy, code, images, and other artifacts may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review outputs before relying on them for business, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

Credits and billing

Plans, credits, and quotas are defined server-side. Unused monthly credits follow the published expire-at-period-end policy unless that configuration changes. Refunds for paid orders are described on the Refund Policy page and are not an automatic right in every country.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vekra is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI outputs.

Contact

Questions about these terms: Contact → Support, or read Privacy and Refund policies.

International users

The product UI is English-first with full Arabic (RTL). Reaching the website is not a promise that paid checkout, tax invoicing, or local consumer-law rights apply in every country. Payment rails are limited to what is configured (typically USD via Lahza, bank transfer, or PayPal.me).

These pages are product notices. They are not a GDPR, CCPA, or SOC 2 certification, and they do not name a tax-registered entity until one is published here.
